 I am here to provide you with a Full Service Unlimited of luxury level of service which encompasses all facets of wedding planning, production and hands-on management.  The Full Service package has been meticulously crafted for the bride, groom, and their families who wish to truly enjoy every moment of this exciting time coupled with the knowledge that a professional concierge is seamlessly orchestrating all the details of the event.  Your extraordinary wedding celebration will be personally developed and coordinated by me. The team and I will bring your ideas and dreams to reality. We will:

 

• Develop Theme, Décor & Concept
• mock set up of table setting and centerpieces
• Assistance With Locating Appropriate Venues For All Wedding Related Activities if needed
• Hand Picked, Qualified Vendors to Provide Needed Services for Your Event.
• Scheduling Appointments & Meetings With Contracted Vendors
• Attendance At Meetings With Contracted Vendors
• Detailed Follow Up With Vendors & Service Providers During The Planning Process
• Attendance & Participation At Menu Tasting With Selected Caterer/Venue
• Attendance At Initial/Final Sessions With Selected Caterer, Ceremony/Reception Site Managers
• Advisement & Recommendations For Ceremony & Reception Music/Entertainment
• Design Development, Assistance and Advice With Wedding Stationery Selection & Wording
• Assembling & Mailing of Wedding Invitations (postage and calligraphy not included)
• Rehearsal Luncheon or Dinner Development with on-site coordination and management
• Detailed Wedding Checklist & Itinerary During the Course of the Planning Process
• Regular Wedding Planning Meetings As Needed (in person or via teleconference)
• Ongoing Etiquette Advisement
• Phone Calls (within normal business hours)
• Unlimited E-mail Access to The Senior Consultant
• Confirmation of all vendor services 1 week prior to the wedding
• Rehearsal Direction (1 hour)
• Distribute wedding day itinerary to bridal party and family members to ensure that they are aware of  
their roles, duties and arrival times.
• Up to 10 hours of Comprehensive Wedding Day Management - Ceremony & Reception. Two assistants. (One 
assistant is personally assigned to the Bride the day of to ensure a stress free day.)
• Up to 10 hours of Decor Set Up and Clean Up – Ceremony & Reception
